authority. This will be done initially by e-mail but may also involve telephone
contact to resolve any outstanding issues. The review will suggest any areas
where your appeal could be improved and will also suggest issues that you should
draw to the attention of the Appeal Panel. It will also identify failures to
comply with the Codes on School Admissions and Appeals and the various regulations
dealing with school admissions and appeals. It will also show you how to challenge
the admission authority’s case and will identify the weaknesses in their statement
Service Level 1 is appropriate if you are involved with one appeal.

This involves all the services covered in Service Level 1 but in addition to
this any additional assistance and help with your appeal that may be required.
This additional help can be commissioned either by telephone or via e-mail.
In certain circumstances this could be done via a personal meeting. Service
Level 2 is appropriate if you are involved with one appeal.

Service Level 4 involves full advocacy services for your appeal. This will include all the services covered in Service Level 2 but in addition a representative of School Appeals will attend the appeal and will put your case for you and will also challenge the admission authority’s case. The service includes one hour of tuition before the appeal together with all your questions answered. School Appeals will research all the issues raised by the admission authority to see if they can be challenged and use their experience to undermine the admission authority’s case.
